Job description

Are you an accomplished HR professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, then this could be the role for you. 

For this role, you’ll need to be able to commit to being based at our Kidderminster office 2 to 3 times a week to begin with to effectively connect with stakeholders. 

We’re looking for a highly experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This pivotal role will involve partnering with our Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to deliver an exceptional people plan, supporting the growth and success of our organisation. With your comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering the people plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

You’ll work closely with the Head of HR for European Manufacturing & Distributions (M&D) sites and the wider Supply Chain P&O team, ensuring the function has the capability and resource to achieve its objectives for today and the future. You’ll collaborate with managers and employees at all levels and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and effective HR strategies and initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a true generalist with a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the HR function. You’ll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and your ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels will be critical to your success. Can successfully manage change in a dynamic, fast paced environment and able to combine strategic thinking and creativity with a down to earth and pragmatic approach.
