Looking for a Domestic Electrician to join a leading Property Maintenance company based in Birmingham on a permanent basis

Offering £36,750 base salary with opportunity for earnings of £45k Plus(OTE), Company Van & Fuel Card Plus Excellent Benefits! Mon - Friday 40hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Repairing and replacing electrical fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Carrying out duties in line Health and Safety, Customer Service and Performance Policies

Must have:

• NVQ L3 in Electrical Installations
• Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, have testing experience
• Have experience of working within a social housing environment/ Domestic properties
• Testing qualification is desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
