Job description
We are now looking for a Night Carer to join our friendly, professional team.
Ideally you will have experience of working with older people in a social care setting but we are also keen to talk to you if you are new to care, have a passion for looking after people and a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia. All training is provided and we can help you achieve this goal. Shifts are from 20:00 – 08:00 and include weekends.

The Firs is a small Residential care home situated in Witheridge a picturesque Village 12 miles from Tiverton. Witheridge is a very quaint village with beautiful country walks and amazing scenery. The Firs is a beautiful home set in glorious grounds, with a lovely family feel about it and is an amazing place to live and work.

You will have regular, recorded and protected 1:1 supervision with your line manager and you will receive peer to peer support from colleagues.
