Description
- Supervise and deliver high-quality audit and assurance services.
- Ensure Assurance quality at all times, contribute to internal and external quality assurance, ensuring all actions are completed in line with the firm's and the profession's standards
- Maintain and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Review work completed by less experienced staff for adequacy and completeness, and to undertake job appraisal reviews
- Provide assistance in the planning and execution of audit assignments.
- Contribute to business development activities.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.
Profile
A successful Audit Supervisor should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACA/ ACCA) Part / Fully certified
- Proven experience in auditing within the Professional Services industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple assignments.
- Exceptional communication and report writing skills.
