Job description
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join a growing business located in Central Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
Up to £24,000 plus excellent benefits
- Maintain client accounts and relationships
- Process time-sheets and purchase invoices
- Assist in preparation of weekly payment runs
- Create reports on payments
- Make supplier payments
- Raise sales invoices on a weekly basis, creating invoices, subsequently uploading on to accounting software
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Maintain records of missing payments to customers
- Monitor and address credit notes
- Deal with customer and supplier queries as necessary
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Person specification:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
