Job description
Sourcing candidates: Utilising networking tools and techniques to gain introductions and recommendations.
-Screening candidates.
-Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures.
-Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm. Secretarial duties.
-Conducting desktop research and creating client dossier packs ahead of critical customer engagement.
-Designing, drafting, and promoting vacancies.
-Offering search support as and when necessary. As well as providing administrative support to the team.
-Taking responsibility for office, kitchen and household supplies.
-Organising and note taking for internal meetings.
After completion of your apprenticeship you will potentially have the opportunity to progress onto full time positions within the business. Douglas Stuart has ambitious growth plans. These include opening offices in Asia and the US. To achieve these goals, we need all our team, at every level, to be potential leaders and innovators in our organisation.
