About the Candidate
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is passionate and motivated about children's learning and will be committed to the positive and Christian ethos of the school.
You will have:
• Evidence of outstanding teaching experience within EYFS, Key Stage One or Key Stage Two
• Experience of teaching and raising attainment in phonics
• Knowledge of current assessment procedures
• A compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues
• The ability to work as part of a team
• A commitment to nurturing success in every child
• The ability to use your initiative to improve the quality of provision further
• Excellent time management, organisation and ICT skills to support your role and effectiveness
