Behaviour Mentor at our client secondary school and sixth form in
Greenwich .
Responsibilities - Utilise your strong behaviour management skills to provide guidance and assistance to students, promoting positive behaviour and personal development.
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one support and mentorship to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with parents and external agencies as necessary to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and behaviour interventions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Confident and assertive demeanor, with strong behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them overcome obstacles to succeed.
