What you will do in your working day
As a Data Analyst Apprentice your every day will be different! One day, you will be assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems, the next you might be participating in quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to analyse and document current processes, as well as collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
You will also be responsible for:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance communication strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions related to quality management and communication skills.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality processes and improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and reviews.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 4 Data Analyst, with training in how to:
- Ascertain how data can be used to answer questions and solve problems.
- Gather, inspect, cleanse, transform and model data to identify patterns and trends.
- Present data and produce dashboards and reports to aid visualization and comparison.
- Use advanced theory and diverse techniques to harness greater understanding.
- Inform decision-making and make recommendations using an evidence-based approach.
- Ensure your business processes and procedures are compliant with data protection legislation.

Things to consider You must be available to join the programme in September 2024. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship's English and math's minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.
