Job description
This role is to identify the funding needs of projects and programs, conducting extensive research and analyses, and develop plans and strategies to secure funding for Spread Ur Wings Foundation
What will you be doing?1. Research possible sources of funding via Grantfinder, a comprehensive database of UK, lottery and EU grants and awards.
2. Maintain funding databases.
3. Put together and give presentations.
4. Attend meetings with relevant and interested parties.
5. Work with budgets and analysing statistics.
6. Monitor the progress of funding applications.
7. Write reports.
8. Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
What are we looking for?· Excellent financial and analytical skills
· Proficient with cash handling
· Excellent IT skills, including demonstrable usage of Microsoft Office suite
· A ‘can do’ and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
· Well experienced and skilled at writing, planning and a minimum of three years experience in fundraising
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Strong Written and Spoken communication
