Lead Generator - Telford

Do you have experience working in a customer service role? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a  Lead Generator within our friendly team based in our central office in Telford.

Joining us as a Lead Generator you'll have the benefit of working  Monday to Friday, no weekends! We offer a basic salary up to £22,000 p/a. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with one of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.

· Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone and by e-mail.
· Take personal responsibility for generating leads for our Development and Account Executives and booking in appointments via diary systems.
· Meet and exceed daily and monthly business targets and KPI’s.
· Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping our company ensure we protect our customers.
