Temporary Nanny (Harold Wood, near Romford)

Location: Harold Wood, near Romford, Essex, UK
Position Type: Temporary, Part-time
Duration: 7 weeks (July 15th - August 30th, 2024)
Days:3 days per week (flexible between Monday and Friday)
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £18 gross per hour
Happy Nest Nanny & Maternity Agency is seeking a Temporary Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for a delightful 4-year-old boy during the school holidays. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and engaging nanny to make a positive impact on the child's summer break.
The ideal nanny will be a dedicated and reliable individual who is passionate about childcare. The family's focus is on providing a fun and engaging environment for their older son during the summer break, mum welcomed their second child in April so will understandably be caring for the newborn and not be able to do as much as she would normally in the school holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for a 4-year-old boy.
- Plan and engage in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare and serve healthy lunches for the child.
- Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements:
- Full enhanced DBS certificate.
- Paediatric first aid certification.
- Proven experience working with children of a similar age.
- Recognised childcare qualification.
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating activities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the family.
