Job description
A well-established firm in Doncaster are looking for a Court of Protection paralegal to join their small specialist team. You will be providing support to the team and progressing client files ensuring maximum productivity within the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is ready to progress their career and make a name for themselves with a well-established and respected legal practice.
Joining this small team of 3, you will be working with a Senior Lawyer and other Court of Protection team members providing full and proactive paralegal services for all Court of Protection matters. Your main duties will be preparing legal documentation and letters, dealing with all client queries both in person and over the phone, participating in marketing and anything else required of you. You could be supporting on applications to appoint a deputy, providing advice and support for people acting as a deputy and setting up personal injury trusts.
The firm are seeking a paralegal experienced in Court of Protection, ideally having worked in this area for 2 years. You will be competent when dealing with clients and families and have sound knowledge in all Court of Protection matters.
