This friendly and successful law firm in Wiltshire is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join the team in Chippenham.

What will you do?
- Join a well-reputed and approachable law firm, with two offices across Wiltshire
- Manage an interesting and varied caseload, including but not limited to, consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, property mortgaging/finance, handling option agreements by the landowner or developer, clawback agreements, and easements and right of way
- Have the option to be upskilled and advise on Ecclesiastical property matters
What do you need?
- Must be comfortable handling your own caseload
- At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Property
