Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Gloucester
This well-established firm is known for the high-quality advice that it provides to it's clients. The current team is 60 employees strong with plans to expand further in the new year.
Currently, the team is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a case load of varied Commercial Property matters. Cases would include leases, secured lending, landlord and tenant, buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses.
The ideal level of experience would be 2+ PQE within Commercial Property / Real Estate. To apply you will need experience in managing your own case load and will have strong technical knowledge within this field.
