Inspired Selections are delighted to be recruiting for a Hearing Aid Audiologist to join the team at a friendly and welcoming established practice.
Job Description Your role will be to manage your own clinics and offer hearing solutions to private patients. You will be responsible for ensuring that the chosen solution is led by customer choice, providing professional advice and aftercare.
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will be expected to provide a thorough and professional hearing assessment, fitting, follow-up, and aftercare service which meets the required standards. You will have the capability to conduct safely and competently to BSA recommended procedures where relevant.
Your role will involve ensuring that each customer receives the service, care, expertise, and accessibility needed to feel informed, confident, and supported in finding appropriate hearing solutions. You will take responsibility to maintain expert current knowledge on the latest technology, providing a customer-centric choice of solution that meets the customers’ individual needs and budget.
As part of your role, you will be required to work closely with store management teams and colleagues to ensure that everyone treats customers with respect.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 12 months of previous experience as a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.
