Were looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Someone who is committed to the business to provide our guests with consistently high levels of service.
This position would be great for someone with assistant management experience and proven experience to work alongside the F&B Manager of this high end establishment.
Your professional skills and experience will include:
• Epos management and maintenance experience
• Experience in an assistant management position
• Proven experience in building and nurturing teams
• Implementation and monitoring of best practices
Desirable
• Degree in hospitality or related discipline
• WSET Level 2
• First aid at work
• Food Safety level 2
Wine knowledge is preferable but not essential to the role as on the job training will be provided.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
