Resident Liaison Officer - Temporary 12 Month Contract - Start March 2024 - Up to £16 Per Hour (CIS)
Resident Liaison Officer. Our client, a leading Main Contractor specialising in New Build & Refurbishment construction delivery throughout the United Kingdom are currently recruiting for a Freelance Resident Liaison Officer to join their ongoing project team in Islington, North London.
Working on site as a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the local resident relationships, ensuring that they are fully aware of the forthcoming works that are being undertaken, and are kept in the loop regarding any future/additional works that are being undertaken which may affect or have a knock-on effect on them. Ensuring a good working relationships with the local residents for this site is of absolute importance to our client on this role, hence the opening for this new opportunity.
