We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join us based in Warwick . You will be responsible for leading the research, development, planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns that fall under their portfolio, ensuring that the needs of the departments/product leads are met through the understanding of their requirements and transforming these into robust, creative campaigns, with strong and relevant key messaging delivered to the target audience. Key duties and responsibilities......
- Support business in achieving targets through the development of robust, well thought through marketing campaigns and plans to increase lead generation and awareness.
- Developing strategies and plans to increase product awareness and market share of products or services that fall under the role’s portfolio.
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences for campaigns/new product launches, analysing their needs and interests, to ensure a more solution focussed approach to marketing.
- Management of marketing campaigns end-to-end, including campaign planning, developing ideas and content, reviewing of all assets and stakeholder liaison and sign-off.
- Alongside the Marketing Manager, actively participate in all department meetings (that fall under product portfolio) to ensure that marketing drives the outcomes, understands the needs/targets of the departments and suggests ideas to maximise all product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and lead meetings and presentations for a variety of marketing needs.
- Coordinating with the global marketing team and UK stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage all website updates and new product pages on the M2 website.
- Lead copywriting and content development for regional marketing campaign collateral. To cover email marketing, banner advertising, video scripting, website pages and any internal communications.
- Perform proofreading and editing to all marketing materials and documents.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and assess the results, provide full campaign reports to Marketing Manager.
- Load all applicable marketing tasks (that fall under product portfolio) into Wrike/Smartsheet to ensure visibility for wider marketing team and ensure jobs are fully briefed. Follow up on assigned tasks regularly.
- Liaise with printers and suppliers to get quotes and produce printed and promotional material for marketing campaigns and events.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing requirements at all key UK events. To include ideas to promote UBT and our offerings at these events, managing and executing on the development of these materials and ensuring that the events are on brand and meet the expectations of internal stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a professional services or corporate environment required.
- BS or BA degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills — ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to target audiences.
- Detail-oriented and organised, ability to effectively prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and business development strategies and tactics, as well as a solid comprehension of the industry.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management - development, design, and delivery.
- High-level organisational and project management skills.

- Ability to listen and formulate ideas into strategy and key messages.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 4.30pm (office based)
