We are delighted to bring to market this opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with at least two years’ experience to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm in Manchester at Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate level, with Partnership on the cards for the future.
You’ll work directly for a highly respected, Legal 500 recognised corporate partner with 25+ years’ experience and a genuine enthusiasm for developing honest and open relationships with the team. You’ll be supported in making a career plan and guided as to the steps to get there.
The team is one of the most gender-diverse in the market, which is reflected in its client base of OMBs, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
The firm offers a truly flexible hybrid working policy and you’ll be able to work from home for 50% of your week, plus flexitime – making this role fantastic for anyone with caregiving responsibilities or looking for a role with greater trust.
In the role, you will advise on a mix of M&A, equity finance, refinancing work, partnership/shareholder agreements and AIM admissions for an impressive base of high-profile tech, media, hospitality, retail and sports clients.
The work is good quality, but not of the sort that means you’ll be at your desk into the early hours of the morning – so this role would be fantastic for anyone with, or with plans to have, a family but wants to stay at the top of their game.
You will be supported in further growing your profile, featuring in regional and national press, and with submissions for the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partner directories (the team already enjoys a top ranking), as well as regional and national awards.
