Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head RVN to become a vital part of their team. While experience in a senior nursing role is preferred, it is not essential, as they are committed to providing full training and support to the right candidate.
As the Nursing Team Lead, you will work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure that clinical staff consistently meet and exceed practice protocols and standards. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including but not limited to managing staff rota's, providing staff training, conducting area audits, CPD provisions, offering mentoring and Clinical Coach Training.
The nursing team is hands on and undertake duties in all areas such as theatre, in-patient care, lab work, radiography, nurse clinics, schedule 3 tasks, dispensary, and in-house staff training. The VN clinics are bustling with activity, providing a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.
The practice boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including Digital Imaging, Dental Radiography, Ultrasound, Endoscope, In-house Idexx lab suite, ECG, BP monitoring, Diathermy, Tonometry, Multiparameter and more.

The Role:
• Full Time role - 38 hour week
• Monday to Friday rota between the hours of 8.30am and 7pm over 4 days
• 1:5 Saturday mornings (8.30am - 12.30pm) consults only
• No OOH or On Call

• Starting salary £29,100 (equating to £30,600 based on a 40hr week with 1:5 Saturday mornings)
