Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager on behalf of a well-respected and well-established Building Services contractor.

Working alongside Senior Management the candidate requires good communication skills and attention to detail.

This will be a minimum of 2 years,working on a data centre.

Duties

• Overall management of direct labour and sub-contractors

• Achieving programme milestones on time & within budget

• Day to day management of on-site health & safety ensuring good working practices are maintained

• Communication with stakeholders including the client, subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour

Candidate Requirements

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid

Salary

£350 - £375 per day, depending on experience
