About the Pub
The Brown Cow is a delightful roadside inn that appeals to the wide demographic that reside in Halifax. The pub is well positioned on a residential street with the local community the main source of trade. Internally the pub has been developed to an open plan style with three distinct seating areas. There is a vintage wooden bar area offering excellent brands and cask ale, a comfortable lounge area which has previously hosted live entertainment and a games area which has large TV screens with Sky Sports and BT Sport, encouraging trade from local sports fans. There is a good-sized patio area to the rear of the pub providing alfresco drinking for guests. We are now seeking a new or experienced publican/couple who can help continue the growth of this fantastic pub business. The new publican should look to develop a calendar of events to generate trade throughout the week as well as weekends through live music and sports.
