Quantity Surveyor – Belfast, Co. Antrim, Co. Down. (PMCL)

£45,000 - £65,000 + benefits

Delighted to be working with a range of clients across general build outs, civils and fit-out, now offering multiple opportunities for Quantity Surveyors.

There are opportunities available all over the country in a range of roles.

• Minimum 2 year’s QS experience
• Experience Meeting clients to determine the needs of the contract and to discuss any areas
• Experience Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
• Experience with construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
• Experience Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment
• Experience Writing reports detailing costs and progress for clients
