We are looking for a strategic, driven Account Manager to help our clients solve some of their most complex and challenging business challenges, leveraging the talent of our UXR, UI/UX, engineering, cloud and data science specialists.

Role Description

• Be a trusted advisor to our clients, with an unwavering focus on driving value for the client business; advising, influencing and challenging client stakeholders to do the right thing for their business and their teams.
• Own the definition of “client success”, and ensure our work meets and exceeds the client’s expectations.
• Own client insight (CSAT / NPS) reporting and be the voice of the client within hedgehog lab, helping us constantly optimise the client experience.
• Own strategic account planning to identify mutually-beneficial opportunities for growth, and mitigate risks / threats to the relationship.
• Drive revenue across our key client account, and support business growth initiatives.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee clear finance and commercial processes, working with clients and our Finance team to deliver clean books on the account.
• Empower our talented people to do the best work of their lives, creating an inspirational working environment where our people can develop and feel valued.

Salary range: £30k - £40k

About you

• A proven track record in defining and leading client relationships, projects and teams.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with experience of presenting and securing buy-in at the highest level.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results.
• You are able to ideate, problem solve and communicate how digital products will deliver success.
• Experience in demonstrating business case ROI.
• You believe in candid communication at all times, both internally and with clients.
• You are passionate about driving meaningful results for clients and the agency.
• Sales/commercial experience positioning technology services - account management, new business, hybrid.
• You believe that empowering those working with you is the best way for everyone to succeed; you look to trust, empower and coach to unleash potential.
• Experience with Hubspot and Kantata desirable.

Interview Process

Stage1️⃣ - Intro call with our Talent Acquisition Advisor (30 mins Google Meet)

Stage 2️⃣ - Informal chat with a member of the Client Engagement team (30 mins Google Meet)

Stage 3️⃣ - Interview with our Chief Customer Officer, Clare (60 mins Google Meet)
