Production Supervisor
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a small but established manufacturer to the construction industry. The order books are full as they offer a range of very high quality products. Moving forward this role has massive potential as the position will grow as the company expands. This is great opportunity for someone who is currently in a position that offers no room for progression. On offer is an excellent salary and benefits package. Hours are Mon–Thurs, 7am-4.30pm and Friday, 7am-1.15pm.
Role - Production Supervisor
· Scheduling production and ensuring production targets are met
· Communicate with customers to ensure service requirements are met
· Ensure productivity, cost effectiveness and quality in the production process at all times
· Liaise and work with other team members to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
· Generate and analyse reports showing production progress on a monthly basis.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Standards
· Responsible for purchasing ensure raw materials are in to meet production plan.
Person - Production Supervisor
· Experience working as a Production Supervisor managing a team of 15+ is essential
· Experience of implementing continuous improvement programmes
· Good Attention to detail
