Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate
Are you a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take your career to the next level? As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload on all aspects of commercial property, including corporate support on business acquisitions, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, banking and finance, property finance and pension related matters, acting for both seller and buyer and landlord and tenant. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial property law, with a strong understanding of property transactions and lease negotiations. You must be a qualified solicitor with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
