Job Title : Customer Service Advisor
Salary : £22,000-£25,000 DOE
Location : Salford, Manchester
A fast-growing business based in Salford are seeking two Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis. No contact centre experience required however Customer Service experience is needed.

What will the roles involve? - Providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard
- Dealing with all enquires over the phone and email
- Ensuring ownership of all interactions, being worked in an efficient manner
- Maintaining the clients reputation and driving confidence in the product & service
- Working on multiple systems and softwares
- Any additional tasks required.
Who would be the right fit?
- 1 year experience working in customer service, call centre desired but not essential
- Excellent customer service and great communication skills, via both verbal and written communication
- A proactive and personable attitude
- Great IT literate skills
- Awareness in decision making and high level of integrity

- A salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience
- Monday - Friday (8-4 or 10-6 shift)
