Job description

CNC Laser Operator required for a growing machine shop in Chesterfield area; general engineering and precision steel products across multiple sectors. Benefits include annual bonus, early Friday finish, like having your own mini business! Full autonomy to lead the machine shop of 5 people. Benefits including company pension, overtime T+1/2 when want it, casual dress, cycle to work.

The successful CNC Laser Operator will need experience in the following areas:

• Experience operating a CNC Laser machine (Trumpf, Bystronic, Mazak, Amada or other)
• Press Brake experience ideal too (Ermaksan onsite)
• Able to identify materials (mild, stainless, aluminium)
• Materials Handling experience
• Hold a Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Overhead Crane upto 10tonne license (preferred)
• All other machine shop related labouring and machine shop support duties.

Package & Benefits for the CNC Laser Operator (+ Press Brake):

• £25,350 - £29,250
• 7:00 - 15:30, Mon-Thurs. 3pm Friday finish
• Overtime available Monday to Saturday T+1/2
• Yearly bonus
• Company Pension
• Casual dress
• Cycle to work scheme
