Job description
Consilium are currently recruiting a customer service and internal sales advisor for a West Midlands manufacturing company that specialises in products used in a variety of industries.
Customer service and internal sales advisor - The role:
You will be part of a team to provide maintenance, installation and repair services to equipment both onsite,head office and at customer sites across the UK and sometimes Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
Being first point of contact and building relationships with customers both international and domestic.
Assisting and supporting the sales department.
Producing quotations and following up enquiries with clients to increase sales revenue.
Taking orders over the phone or via email and upselling products whenever possible with some business development.
Customer service and internal sales advisor - The person
The successful candidate will have experience in a B2B manufacturing environment either in a customer service, account management or similar role. This role is not a cold business role but requires a sales approach for cross/up selling and maximising customer spend.
Experience Required for the Customer service and internal sales advisor role:
Passion for sales and customer service.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent IT Skills, MS Office, ERP, CRM
Positive & Proactive approach.
