Job Description

Job description

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation (the Foundation) is a registered charity and the community arm of Premier League football club, Tottenham Hotspur. The Club, through the Foundation, seeks to use the power and unique appeal of football to provide opportunities that change lives throughout its local community.

The Foundation is based at the Grade II-listed 18 th century Percy House on Tottenham High Road – painstakingly restored by the Club as part of the wider sport-led regeneration of the area.  We are driven by a passion for creating positive change in people’s lives within an area of significant socio-economic deprivation, yet where a vibrancy and richness of talent and willingness exists.  The Foundation harnesses and builds on this through a range of projects and initiatives to pursue, achieve and sustain desired impacts and outcomes, utilising partnerships within the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors.

The Foundation is seeking an Employment Advisor to support the delivery of numerous employment activities including 1-2-1 support, group sessions, job fairs, and other across the Spurs Heartlands (Haringey, Enfield, Waltham Cross and Barnet).

JOB PURPOSE

The Employment Advisor will be coming in at an exciting time of growth at the Employment & Skills department to support the delivery of our newly funded Reignite & Level Up Network programs, with the role aimed at supporting residents from across North London into employment with Tottenham Hotspurs, partner and external employers.
