Are you a Clinical Lead experienced in elderly care? Or an RMN/RGN looking for a step into management?
This is a well respected provider who provide nursing and residential care to the elderly. I am recruiting for a Clinical Lead to work within a medium-large purpose built service, fully compliant with CQC.

Job Requirements for the Clinical Lead:
- To be responsible for the clinical management of the unit during the day
- Develop the skills of the care team
- Promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care
- To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment of student nurses and induction of new care staff.
- To work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and the Commission for Social Care Inspection standards.
Skills/ Qualifications for Clinical Lead:
- Hold a current nurse pin RMN/RGN
- Experience at a supervisory level within a nursing home
- Passionate about dementia care
- Clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards
- Excellent communication skills
