Customer Services Officer needed in Bournemouth.

The hourly rate is £12.18ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide a customer focused responsive service to residents, leaseholders and other external agencies. They will manage general housing and repair enquiries using IT systems to process all stakeholder requests.

Key Responsibilities

• To act as a first point of contact
• On a daily basis, communicate with residents, leaseholders and external agencies by telephone, email and post to manage repairs requests, housing management enquiries and/or other related matters with a view to swift resolution or appropriate signposting.
• To undertake customer satisfaction telephone surveys, organise post inspections and analyse feedback.
