The Opportunity
We are delighted to be recruiting for the permanent role of HR Officer to join our HR team at our Bristol Head Office. This offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working, typically requiring on average 1-2 days in our Bristol office per week with the option to work from home on the other days (following an initial induction period).
The overall purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partners and wider business by providing policy and procedural advice to managers and co-workers about various elements of the overall co-worker experience, taking the lead on delivery of specific co-worker processes and contributing to and supporting overall HR service delivery improvements.

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-organised and practical individual with good knowledge of current employment law and best practice in HR and ability to balance multiple and conflicting priorities.
You will have previous experience answering HR queries and providing advice to co-workers and managers based on HR policies as well as strong communication skills and a passion for employee experience and wellbeing. Ideally you will be CIPD certified or working towards achieving CIPD qualification.
With high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and you will also be comfortable using and manipulating data. An interest in and experience of HR and payroll systems, in particular Sage People, is also highly desirable.

Offer
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 Full Time Equivalent salary depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory.
