Job description
The key responsibilities of the Interim Finance Manager - Property/ Real Estate will be:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts
- Providing analysis and commentary on consolidated accounts to SLT
- Business partnering senior stakeholders across 3 locations
- Revenue reporting and analysis
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Take lead in preparation of year end stat accounts reporting and liaising with auditors/advisors.
- Overall responsibility for completeness and timeliness of bank reconciliations across all bank accounts.
- Review of monthly/quarterly VAT returns
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Payment authorisation support
- Handling Ad hoc queries and information requests
- Line management of Assistant Accountant
- Continued review of processes within accounts, leading projects where needed
