Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage grounds maintenance contracts within the UK.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and contractual requirements.
Ensure excellent service standards are achieved for our customers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and objectives.
Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage a large and diverse workforce.
Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Assistant Contract Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Grounds Maintenance/Horticulture
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
The Assistant Contract Manager will be working alongside the Contract Manager to deliver excellence service standards across our new and existing contract portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and within the green services industry.
