Job description
Aramark UK is looking to hire a hands on and experienced Pastry Head Chef to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP.

A day in the life of a Pastry Head Chef:
- ·Innovation and product development
- ·Menu planning for seasonal changes and Studio Tour Features, Hospitality and Events
- ·Managing the pastry team to meet production targets to a high standard in a timely Hires, develops, motivates, supervises and coaches all
- ·Creating and managing Production plans
- ·Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
- ·Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- ·Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity
- ·Extensive pastry technical knowledge and current culinary trends
- ·High level of creativity coupled with high volume
- ·Extensive experience in managing and developing a team of chefs.
- ·Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive
- ·Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2
