What you'll do
- Operational owner of the end-to-end Demand & Capacity Management Process
- Set-up and maintain data into the process, assures up to date (weekly)
- Full ownership of the Demand & Capacity Mgmt Process GIS
- Setup of a demand and capacity process making sure dashboards are in place
- Provide weekly reports on status of all demand items in the process
- Understand and report capacity of all productive GIS teams
- Line management within the team
- Identification and escalation of capacity/timescale constraints
What you'll need
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Is influential, driven and a structured process person, able to manage a process over all hierarchy levels
- Influential and assertive management behaviour
- Proven experience of Microsoft applications (particularly Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
