This exclusive opportunity is based in London, with the option for a Paris-based candidate to cover Continental Europe as well, leveraging a small yet impactful office in Paris or London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive M&A initiatives within the Consumer sector, with a focus on transactions ranging from £50 million to £500 million.
- Capitalize on a well-established network in the industry to identify and execute strategic deals, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Navigate the intricacies of the Food and Beverage space, ensuring a deep understanding of market dynamics and potential synergies in Pan European transactions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially in Paris, to execute successful transactions and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to generate transactions in the Consumer sector, specifically in Food and Household.
- Extensive experience in mid-market M&A, with a sweet spot for deals ranging from £50 million to £500 million.
- Previous success in Pan European transactions, with a focus on the French market being highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with effective leadership and communication abilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in M&A within the Consumer sector, showcasing a successful track record.
- Established network within the Food and Beverage industry and a demonstrated ability to generate and close deals.
- London-based candidates are preferred, with the option for a Paris-based candidate covering Continental Europe.
