Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognised teaching qualification with QTS.

Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Empathy and Patience: Exhibit empathy and patience in understanding and meeting the unique needs of students with ASD.
