Head of Home Ownership & Management Partnerships
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid/Smart Working)
Salary GBP70,000 – GBP75,000 Per Annum Plus Benefits
Permanent, Full Time
37 hours per week (Monday Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)
Thrive Homes is looking for an exceptional home ownership expert who can inspire and lead their Home Ownership Team to deliver top–notch service to customers. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that your colleagues are motivated and focused on delivering efficient, effective, and responsive services. Your focus on performance and colleague development will enable the team to exceed expectations and achieve success.
Additionally, you will proactively manage the partner relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms where we manage for other organisations.
