Job description

Working for a large Education provider in Wolverhampton City Centre, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week office based.

Do you have experience in a payroll department?

You will be ensuring all variable payroll and payment transactions are entered and imported in a timely manner.

Checking and processing supplier invoices and credit notes

Approving and/or rejecting expense claims

Advising employees on expense claims

Checking timesheets, calculating basic pay, overtime and shift pay, checking that hours claimed do no exceed contractual hours

Processing SSP, SMP, adoption and paternity leave

Ensuring new starters are checked and certified accordingly
