UAT Manager

Company client currently working with a leading London Market business that are looking to hire a permanent UAT Manager into their Change Management team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead the testing for the UK Change Management function, working with the portfolios project managers and business analysts as well as IT system and technical teams
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define testing objectives and requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality
* Stay up-to-date with emerging testing methodologies and tools
Key Skills:
* Must have Insurance experience, ideally within the London Market
* A proven track record in planning and execution of large and complex insurance projects and programmes
* In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience on creating and implementing manual and automation testing strategies
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking
