ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR | LONDON | LUXURY BRAND | UP TO £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser to join an iconic luxury brand rich in heritage, based in their head office customer relations team in Central London. You will be joining a dynamic team, responsible for following up on all interactions from customers via telephone, email and chat advising them and developing sales.

This role is full time 37.5hrs (Monday - Saturday), shifts between 9.45 - 7pm for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all queries in our customer relations centre.
• Use our online platform to reply to all customer enquiries over email, call and online chat.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement with the team
• Assisting customers making contact with the boutiques
• Provide information on procedures such as returns or availability of products
• Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with in professional and timely manner.

Customer Service Advisor experience required:

• Experience of working in a customer service or e-commerce head office environment
• The ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to multi task
• Team player
• Professional and able to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Competent with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook
