HR Change Partner

Location: Liverpool - L24 9BJ
Contract Type : 9 month Secondment / FTC
Office Based

DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an HR Change Partner to play a vital role acting as a trusted advisor to the business, while aligning HR activities to the business strategy.

The key responsibilities in the role:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with members of the business management team to align HR activities to the business strategy.
• Support the ER agenda and lead / support relationships and key processes.
• Deploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, T&C's standardisation.
• Ensure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported.
• Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements.
• Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.
• Support managers to manage data, ensure data quality and deliver HR processes along the HR life cycle (e.g. bonus and merit review, Talent Management, Development Reviews).
• Act as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.

• Previous HR experience within a similar role is essential.
• Understanding of the Supply Chain business and knowledge of operations.
• Case management experience is essential
• The ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
• Union experience is essential
• Previous experience supporting ER Agendas, change management and key processes
• A CIPD Qualification or equivalent (desirable)
• Be a natural leader and able to influence development and training opportunities.
• Have a can-do attitude and resilience.
