A Student Welfare officer is required on a full time basis at a great School in Newcastle. It is a pastoral role is to start as soon as possible, term time only and on a permanent basis and would be working with pupils in Key stages 3 and 4 with children experiencing SEN and SEMH needs. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers. The ideal candidate would: Have good time management and organisational skills Have a passion for working with children with SEN and SEMH needs Have experience of working with children in KS3 and 4 Have good communication skills Have excellent subject knowledge Be able to attempt to problem solve To apply for this Student Welfare Officer position with Premier Teachers it would be good to hear from candidates who have relevant experience.
