Drs Direct is currently split into three key areas, Occupational Health Nursing recruitment, Occupational Health Physician recruitment and Clinical Coding recruitment.

Job Description

Support the DCMO and CMO in working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), assessing, and reviewing the medical workforce needs across the business against the operational and strategic demands. 

Duties

• Experience of attending, presenting, and hosting customer and internal staff meetings. 

• Ability to robustly manage upwards as well as downwards. 

• AFOM, MFOM or FFOM 

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Able to motivate people.

• Employment law

• Confident presentation skills

• Able to work alone or as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence 

Monday to Friday 5 or 4 days per week
