We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic communications professional to join Enterprise Mobility’s global communications team. The successful candidate will help promote Enterprise Mobility’s portfolio of offerings and business lines, as well as protect its reputation. This individual will support external communications efforts, working with other communications professionals to develop and execute communication strategies to effectively tell our story as the world’s leading mobility provider. This role is part of an international and matrixed communications team and will provide communications support principally in five European markets – UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Spain.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with exceptional leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and proven success in developing and executing impactful communications strategies. The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and build strong relationships across a matrixed and global business structure. Candidates should also have ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The Communications Manager will play a central role in the Europe-based communications team and as part of the global communications team. The role will require close collaboration with key functional and operational teams in Europe.

Hours : 45 per week
Salary : £55,000-£70,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location : Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station) Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
