Job description

Are you an experienced project or cultural event manager looking to make a real difference to the future of classical music in our communities? Could you deliver unique, relevant and sector-leading programmes that inspire and reward young muisicans and help them conect with the power of classical music-making?

NYOS is currently seeking an Engagement Projects Manager to join our Ensembles and Engagement Team.

This brand-new role builds from our refreshed strategic mission with the exciting challenge of producing new and redesigned programmes which successfully deliver impact and celebrate NYOS values. Programmes which are also designed to connect with the wider NYOS music pathway, building brand awareness and diversifying our membership and inviting more young musicians to play their part.

You will oversee delivery of a variety of projects that seek to connect a wider and more diverse group of young people with NYOS and our world-class music-making opportunities. Through successfully producing a portfolio of projects including NYOS Engage, NYOS Ambassadors and NYOS LAB, you will support our mission to nurture, celebrate and widen access to outstanding classical youth music-making, inspiring young people to realise their potential.
