The area: Recently refurbished the West House is charming community local located in the town of Bridgend. The pub is surrounded by mixed housing. The West House has been at the heart of the community for many years. Surrounded by little competition and situated on its own grounds, the venue also offers a large car park, catering to both locals, as well as visitors to the town. Demographics: The pub benefits from being the only pub within a ten-minute walk and around 4,500 adults. The majority customer base is made up of retired homeowners, families with children.
